The pants you see me holding in this picture are the very same pants that I wore to my first class with Pj&K!!

Before joining these nutrition classes, I’d tried everything to lose weight. Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Neutra System, Dextrin, Atkins, South beach, Cabbage Diet, Grapefruit Diet, and even Doctor prescribed diet pills. All of which cost a fortune and created the same result, I’d lose weight and always gain it back and often times more than before.

I I had never learned how to eat real food to increase my metabolism, or which foods are best for me and my body, or how to handle emotional eating. Pj&K nutrition classes have taught me this and much more. It’s not a diet…but a lifestyle of proper nutrition.

I continue to be part of these classes because they are fun, I continue to learn new things, and it’s nice to have a supportive environment and know that I’m not alone.

Because I found the classes to be so fun and informative, I decided to try some personal training sessions with Pj&K. I’m proud to report that I have been working out consistently since September ’09.

As a result of the classes and personal training for the first time in my adult life I am comfortable in my own skin. I am so confident in everything I do which has improved my quality of life at both work and home. My blood pressure is lower; I’m not at risk for cholesterol or type 2 diabetic medications which my doctor had been trying to get me on prior to working with Pj&K. My entire family’s health has benefitted from what I’ve learned and practice daily.
