This picture did it for me!My family was looking at our kids birthday party pictures. Our son said.."Wow Mommy your belly is so fat!" Our daughter agreed and I sort of felt really bad about myself and was embarrassed. Not too long after that my girlfriend introduced me to Pearla and Johhny. It is here I made changes for myself. That first weigh in floored me...I asked myself...How on earth did I let this happen? I did this to me! No one else. I tried other programs before, but this time I was doing it for all the right reasons...ME, My Family! Our life together! |
I have lost over 30 pounds and ridiculous inches! I Have gone down 4 sizes! I have one chin! I shop at Victoria's Secret...The Loft! I actually own something other than sweat pants now! I like to get dressed in the morning and picking out actual outfits and doing my hair and seeing my husband smile at me. I feel good about me and so do my kids! They are into it as well - eating healthier and being conscious of what they are putting into themselves. It is awesome! Our whole family has really supported me and gotten involved. When I see people I have not seen in forever they ask me...what did you do and how? I always smile and say Pearla and Johhny. I explain who they are and the principles of clean eating, exercise and the water! How important the whole equation is. I love to run and work out- it is an addiction I have not had since I was in college. Never in a million years did I think I could run again let alone miles a day or workout for an hour on the elliptical. I do this now! Almost every day...my husband has even been joining me- it has brought a whole new slice of life into our relationship. For me...my skin looks and feel so much healthier, younger, my smile is bright and my confidence has grown so much. It is amazing how two people can educate you on how to eat...recommend exercise and how drinking water can make such an impact on my life...the life of my family! Everyday my husband has told me he is proud that I stuck with it and amazed at how much I care about us. This is a lifestyle change for sure...but it was not a hard one...not in the very least. Especially when I see the transformation right before my very own eyes. I wish I learned this 5 years ago before I became that girl in the birthday picture! I will never be that girl again- Thanks you Pearla and Johnny for sharing your wisdom and honesty with me. Would I recommend PJ&K to anyone??? Absolutely! I already have to about 10 friends who recently became Pearla and Johnny's biggest fans as well! We have had a blast and are all so proud of our results! Watch out Summer...Here we come!!! Thank you!
