I started with Pj&K just taking the nutrition classes, then after my first class decided to take another one and start personal training with Pearla.

My results have been great losing 15 lbs and 28 inches!

 

I would recommend Pj&K to anyone who want results without starving and actually having fun. Learning about proper nutrition has definitely changed my life and lifestyle.

I was always one to go to the gym and only do cardio. I would get very bored with this and lose interest in going to the gym. Since I’ve been doing personal training with Pearla I use free weights and machines comfortably and go to the gym 5-6 times per week! I’ve noticed a big change in my mood and the way I feel about myself since I’ve been with them.
