Since starting the classes last year with you guys and then adding strength training and cardio, I have seen some major improvements in my quality of life. I hate to go a day without my workout, because it makes me feel so good and really sets me up to have a great day!
|
On days I workout, I notice my energy is much better, my mood is usually great and I sleep like a baby. Add to that much healthier eating and I feel like a new person. I have gone down a size and am working on putting another size behind me. I feel a lot better, I don’t get sick and I don’t wake up daily with back and neck aches like before. I have given up drinking anything other than water and occasionally coffee and I think that is a huge improvement. Not only do I feel better physically but also mentally and I have more self confidence than when I started. I feel stronger and can actually see a physical difference which gives me fuel to keep going. I have realized that this is not a diet it is a lifestyle change and one that doesn’t end. I read this quote somewhere and it fits “The journey is the reward.”
